There will be an extra ordinary meeting of Badsworth Parish Council which will be held remotely on Tuesday 22nd September 2020 at 6pm. Members of the public are able to attend the meeting.
ABOUT THE PARISH

Badsworth is a lovely village situated in West Yorkshire and is approximately 10 miles South East of Wakefield and 10 miles North West of Doncaster. It has a population of approximately 600 people and is mainly a residential place centered round the St Mary’s Parish Church and Badsworth Church of England Junior and Infant school.

Badsworth, in common with a lot of villages, has existed since before 1086 and is listed in the Doomsday Book as Badesuurde.
